AUIRF7648M2 and AUIRF7669L2 is DirectFET devices of tailored first automobile DC-DC applied, providing a low gate charge and on resistance (RDS (on)), help for a variety of switching applications, and make conduction losses be a minimum. In addition, the low parasitic inductance provided by the package DirectFET power can be a very good high-frequency switching performance, and reduce the ringing waveform, which help for limiting electromagnetic interference and reduced filter size. Pan Dawei, the s vice-president of sales of Asia Pacific for IR ,said: " consumer product DirectFET of IR has brought tremendous value for DC-DC customers over the years, our automobile customers can now enjoy the same new features and benefits from the excellent high frequency performance and efficiency . The package size of AUIRF7648M2 PCB is smaller 54% than that of DPak, the package size of AUIRF7669L2 PCB is smaller 60% than that of D2Pak. Because their packaging rated currents, respectively , reach 179A and 375A, DirectFET package does not limit the ability of the current silicon. In addition, the maximum rated current of the package goes far beyond the traditional DPak and D2Pak packaging limitations. The new devices meet the AEC-Q101 standard, is developed under the idea of zero defect quality required by IR, the environmentally friendly materials adopted have not lead, but also compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). |
