EMC design techniques B PDF 打印 E-mail

EMC is that the electronic equipment electromagnetic environment still can be able to coordinate, have the ability to work effectively in a variety of electromagnetic environment. EMC of power supply is designed to make electronic devices inhibit a variety of outside interference, so that electronic devices can work properly in a specific electromagnetic environment , while reducing the electromagnetic interference of electronic equipment itself to other electronic devices.

1. Choose the right width of the wire impact interference generated by the transient current on the printed lines is mainly produced by inductance components of printed conductors ,so that it should be to minimize the inductance. Printed wire inductance is proportional to its length, inversely proportional to its width, so short and fine wire is beneficial to suppress interference . Clock wire, line drive or bus driver's signal lines often contain a large transient current, printed wire should as short as possible. For the discrete components circuits, printed wire is about 1.5mm in width, they can fully meet the requirements; for integrated circuits, printed wire width can be chosen between 0.2 ~ 1.0mm.

2. Using the correct strategy of wire routing using equal distance alignment can reduce wire inductance, but the mutual inductance between wires and distributed capacitance increase, if the layout allows, preferably in well-shaped mesh routing architecture, which would be printed side of the horizontal wiring, the other side of the vertical layout, and then cross-hole is connected with holes. In order to suppress crosstalk between conductors on printed boards, wiring should be avoided in the design of the equal distance alignment.
