Maxim introduces the MAX15024/MAX15025 high-speed, single / dual channel MOSFET drivers, the use of 3mm x 3mm, thermally enhanced TDFN package. MAX15024 is a single-channel gate driver, able to inhale 8A peak current, the source of 4A peak current. MAX15025 is a dual-channel gate driver, able to inhale and source up to 4A peak current. Both devices propagation delay matching between channels is typically 2ns, the propagation delay matching between devices is typically less than 17ns. Devices built-in adjustable LDO, for the gate drive amplitude control and optimization. MAX15024/MAX15025 is the power MOSFET switching, motor control and compact ideal for high-frequency switching power supply.

 

MAX15024/MAX15025 operate from a 4.5V to 28V supply voltage, can withstand up to 30V transients. In addition, the device of inverting and noninverting logic inputs at 22V voltage, and the value of supply voltage independent of VCC. Protection device includes a logic circuit to prevent the state change in the output produced during the internal direct current, CMOS or TTL logic circuits support logic level input.

MAX15024/MAX15025 work at -40 ℃ to 125 ℃ automotive temperature range. Provided with an exposed pad 3mm x 3mm, 10-pin TDFN package, 70 ℃ ambient temperature in the heat of up to 2W.
